We offer you self-protection and self-defense training where we take into account and promote your existing resources. Your self-confidence, self-worth, and your body will be strengthened. Your resilience will be expanded, and the controlled and consistent testing of your personal limits will become familiar to you. You create your confident appearance in a process-oriented manner.You develop competencies in dealing with different difficult, tense, and violent situations. In order to be able to maintain an overview, self-control, and the ability to act in such challenging or threatening dynamics, knowledge and regular training are necessary. You achieve this through sports and building your fitness as well as acquiring education in the fields of prevention, psychology, and communication. Control of one's own emotions, tactical behavior, and realistic self-defense and close combat techniques complete the IDEF training comprehensively. The IDEF techniques consist of various combat systems, such as Kapap, Krav Maga, Muay Thai, and Systema. Our techniques have been field-tested in the area of several years of personal protection. They are comparatively tailored to our Swiss law and easy to learn. You do not need any prior knowledge.

Our lessons take place in the modernly furnished dojo, Platform2, at various hotspots such as in underground garages, elevators, staircases, cars, and occasionally in nature. The 90-minute training provides you with security through knowledge and practice, and of course, it should also be enjoyable. We promote respectful training in the group, your healthy stress reduction, and your inner balance. We accompany you on your way to success.
