Are you looking for a diverse and unconventional fitness program that doesn't just focus on muscle building or fat burning and/or weight loss alone? Do you also want to have fun and not compete with random fitness equipment in a gym by yourself?​


Then you are in the right place with us! We give you the necessary kick and support you in developing your functional strength. We focus on holistic strengthening and optimization of the entire musculoskeletal system and always orient ourselves to your personal fitness level. You train in a group, share sweat, blood, and tears with others, but still perform the exercises individually and adapted to your fitness level. We want to promote you individually, train as many involved muscle chains as possible, as well as interconnected movements, and still enable you to have fun and enjoy the benefits of training in a group.

No matter if you see yourself as a #movement enthusiast, #couchpotato, #fitnessgrouch, #sportsenthusiast, #I-urgently-need-movement, #averageathlete, or whatever... no matter if you are 90 years old or 16 years old... Everyone is welcome with us and we promote you individually. 

Many of our training exercises are performed using the body's own weight and are supplemented by small sports equipment such as dumbbells, plyo boxes, medicine balls, etc. This promotes and strengthens targeted strength, mobility, stability, endurance, speed, agility, and coordination.

By training indoors (barefoot on our high-quality 110m2 mats) and/or outdoors, with and without equipment, sometimes sweating in groups or alone, we offer maximum variety and fun. Training is always done in a group of up to 12 people.
