Are you looking for sustainable and health-orientated training that emphasises quality over quantity? With the perform2balance method, you carry out the exercises precisely and consciously - the focus is on your health and only secondarily on improving your performance.
Whether in group or individual training: you set the pace, because sometimes less is more. The training combines strength, balance and body tension to increase your mobility and well-being in everyday life. We mostly use your own body weight, with targeted tension and strength - effectively and without complicated equipment.
In just 30 minutes of active training time, you will achieve a high level of intensity, followed by a conscious regeneration phase - both of which are part of the concept. In less than an hour, you get a holistic workout that will help you physically, mentally and personally and bring more balance into your life.
Taster session:
On 7 February from 9:00 to 9:45 am we offer a free trial training. The course then starts on 14 February 2025 and lasts a total of 10 weeks.​
