An intense full-body workout for all fitness levels, with the shared goal of becoming fitter and healthier, challenging our bodies while still having fun. As a team, we'll train both strength and cardio using our own body weight and/or various fitness tools (such as resistance bands, medicine balls, kettlebells, etc.).

About Andrea

I'm Andrea, an experienced trainer with over 20 years of experience in the sports industry. Movement and fitness have been my passion since childhood, and I'm grateful to have turned my passion into my profession. I specialize in personal training, pelvic floor, and functional training, with a total of 14 years of experience in these areas.

As a mother of three, I know how important it is to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. I believe that every person is capable of improving their physical abilities and reaching their full potential, regardless of age, gender, or fitness level.

I'm also certified as a medical trainer and have experience in rehabilitating injuries and illnesses. I'm always striving to keep my skills and knowledge up-to-date to provide my clients with the best possible care.

I live in Mettmenstetten and am happy to be a part of the local community. When I'm not with my amazing groups or clients, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring the beauty of nature in our area.

I believe that an active lifestyle not only brings physical benefits but also improves our well-being and mental health. As a trainer, my mission is to help people reach their goals and enjoy life to the fullest.
